Something has happened at Port Navas

I know, I know. It's hard to believe. I know.

But something really has happened in Port Navas.

I was there.

It was an event.

Just down on the quayside a big crane was lifting a huge bit of glass into an upstairs window.

The lane had to be closed, and access to Port Navas yacht club was blocked off for a bit and everything!

It could have been total gridlock... had there been any traffic.

Obviously it needed the organisational prowess of Annabelle and Jim, to make sure that everyone involved was aware of their roles and responsibilities. (See Video below)

Luckily, being the skilled cameraman that I am, I managed to capture 'peak' happening without blurr or wobbly footing. (I was risking life and limb standing on Navas Nook car park wall to record it all, in glorious iphone HD. If I'd have fallen..well..I could have twisted an ankle or torn my chino's. A two foot elevation is not to be sniffed at, for a man in is 50's)

Anyway - something happened, and then it was over. Phew!
